Lauren, Dion and Connie at Volt Electrical Solutions have been fantastic. I needed to replace my consumer unit, complete gas and water bonding, and carry out a few minor works. I contacted four other electrical companies for quotes, but unfortunately I couldn’t even get that far. As soon as I explained the job, they stopped replying, which was really frustrating. I then found Volt Electrical Solutions online and decided to send them a WhatsApp message. Lauren responded quickly and was extremely helpful from the start. She answered all my questions clearly and arranged a reasonably priced quote the same day, which I was happy to accept. On the day of the installation, Conni arrived on time and explained exactly what he would be doing. He was friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions I had. He also gave some useful advice about other work I’m planning in the future. Most importantly, he treated my flat with care and respect. Once everything was completed, Lauren promptly sent over all the necessary completion documents for my records. It’s refreshing to find a company like Volt Electrical Solutions. Many companies seem uninterested unless the job is large, but Volt were responsive, professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
