Upper Street Contractors (Upper Street Handyman Ltd.)

The team at Upper Street Contractors recently did my full flat renovation and I am super impressed and very happy with the results. The team were timely, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend them more. Went through many quotes and they were the only ones to meet my vision at a great price.

We’ve used Upper Street Contractors for years but this was the first time we trusted them with a bigger job. Our bathroom and toilet were really old so we decided to get them fully refurbished. Ali was great throughout — honest, reliable, and always clear about what was happening. He always visited and kept us updated every day with photos and videos, so we never had to chase him, and he suggested practical solutions we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. The office team were great too — Pedram, Parez and Yousif were really organised and always clear with their communication. The team were on time every day, paid attention to the little details, and kept everything tidy. They all genuinely go the extra mile and we’re so happy with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend them. The work is top-quality, and they’re just lovely people to deal with! So pleased we chose Ali and the USC team!!

I used Upper Street Handyman to renovate my bathroom into a fully accessible wet room, including a complete re-tile and installation of a new shower with disability access, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly easy to work with. They brought my design vision to life without compromising on the practical accessibility features I needed. Ali in particular was fantastic throughout the process. He was always accommodating, full of smart ideas, and really helped make the most of the space while keeping a high-end, luxurious feel. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Upper Street Handyman to anyone. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve used Upper Street Contractors multiple times now, and I can’t recommend them enough. They first worked on my garden over a year ago, and I deliberately waited to see how the work would hold up over time. I’m so pleased to say that the quality is outstanding – everything has been done to a very high standard, and it still looks just as good as when it was first completed. Since then, I’ve brought them back for various other projects around the house – both big and small – and every time, they deliver exceptional results. They’re professional, reliable, and always leave the space neat and tidy. It’s so reassuring to know I can trust them to handle any project with care and expertise. If you’re looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work, delivers great results, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Upper Street Contractors. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future. Five stars all the way!

USC were wonderful. They accommodated my request for an urgent appointment to repair the ceiling of my living room (plasterboard to fill; skimming, sanding etc) and were highly professional. They took care to drape everything to keep dust off the room. Their driver delivered the two workmen and collected them (no need for any parking vouchers) and they were tidy and pleasant to have in my home. A great finished product.
