“Fantastic service, turned machines back on to iron a shirt for me after working hours on a Friday. Would highly recommend the lovely team at Prime. Will be going to them again”

I chose the dry cleaning service and their regular laundry service. Every piece of clothing I received back in perfect condition. It was ready for pick up in 24 hours. Really helped me out!

I genuinely don't think they even cleaned it! The lad who took the top from me was pleasant enough but the one who I collected it from could not be more unwelcome. I will not go back!

These guys are brilliant! I came in after losing a shirt button on the day of my big presentation with the bosses and they sorted in out in under 5 minutes, for free! They obviously care about your custom and would go the extra mile to help you without gouging for the extras. Thanks Prime! I highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible service. I was given the wrong person's suit when I went to pick it up. Over the phone when trying to resolve this issue they were rude and unhelpful. Was not offered a refund or any compensation whatsoever. Really really poor experience
