We cannot recommend Paul from PMD Plumbing Experts highly enough! From the moment we got in touch, the service was absolutely outstanding. Paul came out to fix our vessel in no time at all — incredibly prompt, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Not only was he extremely efficient, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we fully understood what had been done. His knowledge and expertise were obvious, and the whole job was completed smoothly and without any hassle. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, helpful, and genuinely committed to doing a fantastic job. If you’re looking for a plumbing expert who delivers quality work with excellent customer service, Paul is your person. Thank you again Paul— truly first-class service!

I contacted Paul as I had a suspected gas leak. He was thorough, informative and responded quickly. Turns out the previous engineer I had do some work wasn't registered and probably caused the issue. He was friendly, polite and very professional. I will definitely use his team again.

We’ve now used Paul for the second time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He is always professional, reliable and genuinely helpful. We contacted him yesterday about an emergency leak in our kitchen tap and he replied immediately. He was with us within the hour, which was such a relief. He was really helpful on the phone beforehand and quickly solved the problem once he arrived. Fantastic service — highly recommend!

Excellent service and the plumber turned up exactly when advised and are even able to track his journey! Very polite and considerate as was late at night and my elderly mother was at the property. Issue fixed within the hour. Would thoroughly recommend

Noticed water dripping where it shouldn't be at 1230am and got hold of Paul via a Google search. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, clear with his pricing, and came round quickly. Straight to work, found the issue promptly and sorted it out (properly, with a permanent solution), and put everything back as it should be within two hours. Straightforward payment afterwards. He was also thoroughly nice, considerate and polite. Would really rate him as an emergency plumber, and we will keep his number for all our routine jobs too.
