Really pleased with the level of service today, tenants needed an urgent repair and I was able to get an appointment the same morning. Job was well done, the engineer Zunedh had good knowledge and conducted a detailed report. Price was also decent as they were able to do a proper diagnostics. I would recommend and use this service again.

10th February 2026 I had no hot water and fluctuating boiler pressure due to a blockage in the heat exchanger. However Jay (the engineer) manage to fix it perfectly on the very first visit. Excellent job. Very pleased with the friendly service and the repair! 👍

I thought the service was rubbish. The guy you sent was totally unhelpful. Didn't listen to anything I said. Is he even qualified? Didn't even spend 5 mins in the property. Whatever he did, made the problem worse. It was my so called Landlord,that sent you. As there is no way I would of used your service. Then when I called my Landlord back, to say nothing was still working, you had the cheek to send the same guy back. What you need to learn, is how rude it is to be in the phone, when attending a customers property. Still not rectified, would NOT recommend your company to anyone. Totally dissatisfied.
