Great service from Optimal Maintenance - so pleased to finally find a reputable, trustworthy and affordable company to do work in my flat. Optimal were flexible to update the quote until we found a solution that worked for my budget. I had a new bathroom fitted and Berto, the engineer, was brilliant from start to finish. Over the past 3 days we’ve had Rui over doing work at our property and WOWWW! This review is specifically for him because we honestly can’t thank him enough. He was so professional, a perfectionist and extremely hard working. He took care of all of our concerns with speed and precision. A big thing for me is timing and when I say he was here waiting at the gate 5 minutes before the scheduled time everyday! If we ever need anymore work done, I will definitely be personally requesting him. For context, we had several holes on the walls and chipping on the ceilings, as you can see everything is beautifully cleaned up and repainted. Thank you Rui & Optimal!

Optimal Group is AMAZING. Last week optimal completed our dream bathroom that I designed (see images). Optimal workmanship was top of the line. They completed a job I thought would take minimum of 3 weeks in just over one week. Optimal are trust worthy, reliable, hard working, organised and skilful. Their time management was impeccable and the ability to keep everything clean as we were still living in our apartment. We have recently had our kitchen and flooring done through another company and now kicking ourselves that we did not use Optimal. For further work we will 100% recommend Optimal and never want to use anyone else. Thanks Optimal for making our visions come to light. You guys are rock stars!

Great service with tenants. We had some issues with our flat upon moving in which had left us frustrated with our agency but as soon as Optimal were contacted, they sent out someone who really took the time to do a proper inspection and listen to concerns whilst explaining what could be done. This left us much more reassured and made the whole experience much less stressful, helped more by how quickly the report was written and sent off for approval.
