Zoom 24/7 Plumbing & Heating

Had a Megaflo unvented cylinder repaired, serviced and descaled by them. Very satisfied with them. Swift, professional and honest, they have earned the 5 stars as far as I am concerned. Many thanks to Sara.

Despite confirming date and time of appointment multiple times for the company, Zoom 247 arrival late by 4 hours. The reason provided on the phone was that it was a system error on their part. Payment was made 24 hours after receipt of the work and despite chasing for the supporting documents (Gas Safety Cert), emails have gone unanswered, no certificate provided and we are a month and counting. If you are a managing agent or Landlord, you simply can not use this company without failing on industry regulation and your compliance.

Rob, thank you for the brilliant job on my boiler. You were punctual, clear in your explanations, and genuinely thoughtful in the way you approached the problem. It’s rare to meet someone who combines technical skill with such an easy, reassuring manner. Megaflo are lucky to have you. Thanks again.

Amazingly quick and helpful. The team were wonderful from the start with setting up a booking to actually fixing the problem. We have been through many plumbers to deal with the issue and within the first 20 minutes problems were identified and sorted ! Thanks again

I am delighted with the brilliant service provided by Zoom. The whole process way easy and efficient. I would most definitely use again and recommend to those in London looking for plumbers and gas engineers.
