Shaun was incredibly helpful (and friendly!) - we stopped by to buy a cap for our radiator, he was very knowledgable and helped us (especially since we know nothing about plumbing and needed a quick solution)

called up asking if they have a double regulating valve in stock. the shrimp on the phone asked if i was asking for a TRV i said no. then he said then we don’t have that and hung up on me.

I called them for a part and they said would be open until 5pm, got here at 4:45pm and the doors were already closed. Very frustrating for an engineer on an emergency drives over an hour to collect the only part available around, and find doors shut. Be useful and update opening hours for the customers.

George was brilliant in sorting out parts for an urgent job for a customer. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service skills.

Wolseley wandsworth branch was rated number 1 and best branch by me due to the excellent service received from Lucy and her team , not just for 1 day on so many occasions I personally put them on a test and they always proved how knowledgeable and experienced they are.
