Wolseley Plumb & Parts

Wolseley plumb parts Center is probably the best place for picking up my materials for work everyday but tower hamlets branch is by far the best branch. Quick service plus they actually treat you as priority whenever you walk in there make tower hamlets my go to branch even if my job is miles away I’ll pick up there first. 10/10

Great Service from Abdul at Wolseley Tower Hamlets! I visited Wolseley Tower Hamlets for the first time recently, and I was really impressed with the service I received. Abdul, the branch manager, was extremely helpful and welcoming. He took the time to assist me, ensuring I got exactly what I needed without any hassle. Even though it was just a one-time visit, his professionalism and friendly attitude left a great impression. It’s clear he values customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Thanks, Abdul, for your excellent support!

I’ve been a regular customer at Wolseley Tower Hamlets for years, and I have to say the service has significantly improved since Abd and Riz joined the team. They’ve made the store incredibly efficient—no more long queues, and the service is always prompt. They even go the extra mile by offering refreshments while you wait. Although this branch currently doesn’t have a manager, I genuinely believe it would be a great investment for Wolseley to consider one of them for the position, as they’re already doing an excellent job running the place.

Ever since February when Terry walked back through the door the service has been exceptional and phones always answered first time for Over and year phones and emails never got answered so this was a massive difference straight away well done Terry also your team and amazing always helpful and Riz is always happy now days! You will always get my business I don't need to go Plumbase anymore. Great to see you back mate 👍

The member of staff Abs was great with me. He provided me a top assistance. It’s very hard these days to find a person like him. Totally approved and recommended store. Thanks a lot
