Nilton, Carrieanne, Len and the team are always helpful and friendly and always apologise for delays during busy spells. They go above and beyond to help out when needed, any mistakes (not that there are many) are always rectified immediately, not had any issues collecting or returning goods. Always a pleasure to visit this branch. Keep up the good work 👍🏻!

Nilton and his team on the trade counter are very knowledgeable, helpful, and always friendly. Nilton has been a great advocate for manufacturing companies to expand their products in the branch and I have seen many trade mornings take place here. This allows customers to explore products they may not have heard of and lets them know they could buy from the Barking branch. A clean and tidy branch with a great use of space/merchandising too.

Great place to work and the customers and suppliers have been great in helping me expand my product knowledge. Still have lots to learn but every day there's something new.

I drive into London every day, these guys open at 6AM. Everything I need Darren will get me, if he does not have it then he will get it the next day, or even outsource the parts required. Any of the plumbing or drainage I need I go to Nilton. Any time I’m lucky to finish by 15:30-16:00 then Leonard and Carrianne grab what I need. Very friendly and brilliant service. Bosh!
