I’ve visited this store a few times and unfortunately, my experiences have been disappointing. Whenever I’ve asked for assistance, I’ve felt as though the staff were not particularly interested in helping, especially with customers from the younger generation. They seem more engaged with people they already know or have long-standing connections with, which makes new customers feel overlooked. I decided to give them another chance and contacted them again today by phone. Having grown up in the local community, I remember their shop well and hoped for a better experience. However, I found the same lack of interest and willingness to help. At the end of the day, you can really tell who genuinely wants to assist you and who doesn’t. And sometimes it doesn’t hurt to make a bit of effort — even small acts of customer service can help grow a business and make customers feel valued. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, Western Heating & Plumbing Merchants hasn’t shown much interest in supporting new or younger customers.

Had a huge boiler emergency. Called some places and they couldn’t help me as it was late in the day. These guys were brilliant though, kept the shop and their driver working over time just so they can help me and the family. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will shop again.

Received unaccurate information about the product I bought from the store. Due to this wasted my money essentially. Highly recommended to do your own research before buying anything from the store.
