Absolutely top notch would definitely recommend this supplier/outlet fantastic customer service/support Really appreciated the time given by Ossie and his many years of experience in this industry Great experience 10/10

Charli helped us pick our bathroom suite and was incredibly helpful. The store was very flexible with pick-up and always friendly when we had questions! Very pleased with the service and will definitely come again :)

Ossie and his team are amazing. I originally went to them because I got a very expensive quote from another company and they were able to get me a quote within my budget and reassure me that I had set aside enough money for my bathroom renovation. Waterloo Plumbing have an amazing range and Ossie’s advice and expertise was invaluable to me. I was quite anxious about undertaking this project and was worried about being taken advantage of (I’m a single woman) but they made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a bathroom renovation.

Waterloo Plumbing was the only place that had a washbasin tiny enough for the space I had in mind. Their showroom is amazing and Ossie was super helpful in helping me find all the bits and pieces I needed. Highly recommend this place.
