If minus were available here, I would give Ryan and his colleague 'minus 5 stars', their behavior was extremely aggressive, totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I would say simply they are not fit for their job. You must avoid buying anything from them whenever you can. I bought a drainage tube and made it clear at checkout that I need to take home to open it and measure it against the the old tube - if the size is not right then would need to return the good. The staff they told me that it was not a problem. But, when I bought it back, they claimed the package is opened, so could not be returned. I explained the terms and conditions on their company website, which clearly states that 'Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale'. My good completed fit to the return criteria. Can you guess what they told me? They said, unbelievably, "where is the terms and conditions? show me!" Completely shocking. I wonder how this business will survive given the fierce competition which offers much better customer service.

I went in here to find a flexible hose to siphon a motorcycle tank, I had no idea where to get one and went in! The staff pointed me to the product they said was best as it wasn't affected by petrol and will not deteriorate. It was a lot less than I was expecting and they treated me as if I were buying thousands! Great customer service!

Couch potato staff, I requested some help to find the mixer thermostatic valve, the seller laziness was another level, My request to company- please free this young guy from till, looks like he is trapped on drainage pipe. Awful experience.

Ryan, Chris and Charlie are just fabulous. Have worked with them for years buying plumbing supplies and they are super helpful with quotes and getting everything sorted for us! 5*

Needed 25kg of salt for the water softener - even brought it out and put it in the car for me. Can't argue with service like that!
