Toolstation Hounslow

Not very impressed with how dirty, cluttered and no pricing on goods as you enter. Luckily theres a Screwfix next door

I am buying a lot stuff from Hounslow Toolstation from last 6 years , today I bought a gun from different store and went to return to Hounslow store and Ashley refused to return she was saying you need to go back the store u bought from , we can’t return this item in our store. I return so many items before, I don’t know what to say I need to go back that store for 50 miles to return the item, which I never used. Seriously out of this world ,I told her show me the policy she refused saying this we don’t have any policy I just can’t return the item. Never going back to this Hounslow store and will put this in all my groups .

At 7:55pm I walked into the store to pick up an order for my Dad I was apprehensive first Being a girl I was so delighted with The service from the young team Ashleigh, Ritchie, Michelle, and James were so vibrant and keen to help It was like they were opening the store not closing time What consistent kind and welcoming approach to serve All a very young team behaving like Seasoned Pro's This is how it's done When a customer leaves a store feeling loved and appreciated In future I will be very happy to collect from Toolstation Hounslow Easily a 5 Star service Thank You folks and God Bless

Phoned up before I went very helpful quickly served once I was there

I feel compelled to say that Ashley and Joey are always enthusiastic and very cheerful also extremely helpful when serving at the Hounslow store Recently I was a bit flustered when I got my order wrong Ashley calmly quickly understood what I needed to do She did a quick refund and order the correct item So I could be on my way and get the job done Good service is still alive Thank You
