We had an excellent experience with Timothy Dolton Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Our boiler suddenly stopped working, leaving us with no heating. We were really worried about how long it might take to get someone out. Remi came to our rescue within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem straight away, replaced a failed expansion vessel and pressure relief valve, and also carried out our annual boiler service during the same visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very thorough, and he stayed until everything was fully working and tested. We are extremely grateful for the quick response and the high quality of work. The pricing was very fair considering the urgency, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish.
