Had a boiler issue that resulted in no hot water and heating so we needed to address the problem as soon as possible. I had an issue where the cistern wasn't filling up properly. Joe made a visit on the same day, found the problem straight away and fixed it quickly. He was polite, tidy and explained everything clearly. The toilet is working perfectly now and he even tightened my toilet seat for me, really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
