Taylormade Plumbing And Htg Services

What a horrible experience! Rang them and was told to send photos via WhatsApp. I’m partially unable to see in one eye, so sent what I needed to. Was then told to “stand back and send clearer pictures and videos” from them on WhatsApp. How incredibly rude! I sent that, asked what they needed and was ignored. What a horrible company! Too busy growing their socials to care about new customers. Appalling customer service!

I highly recommend Taylor Made I’ve had work done with them for years on various projects, some small some larger their professionalism and expertise are consistently impressive. They always communicate well, are reliable, and always ensure the work meets my satisfaction. If you're looking for skilled professionals who deliver great results, look no further!

Max and his team are courteous, prompt and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone based in the Richmond, Kingston or Twickenham area and even further. He also follows up to make sure things are ok.

Taylor made plumbing and heating in Ham, Richmond are the best. Prompt, clear communication and excellent service. After May failed remote heating thermostats they fitted an excellent system with zero problems, fast efficient service at a reasonable price. Five starts from me.

Very professional company.Ftted new valves in difficult old communal heating system. Powerflushed completely dead radiators. Now 2 out of 3 are back up and running, knocking out loads of heat. One still not revived but Max is back working on that one again to try and get it going. I've found this company to be true to their word.
