Tap Into Plumbers

Exceptional service, expertise and professionalism. Outstanding in every way. I contacted Tap Into Plumbers after reading the numerous top reviews on-line. These are well justified. Oz instantly diagosed the origin of our water hammer problem, sourced a new kitchen mixer tap for us, and expertly fitted it in quick time. Clearly highly skilled, Oz treated our relatively small job with the same urgency and professionalism as might be afforded to a much larger project. Outstanding customer service from both Oz and his wife Lisa from first contact to job completion. We won't be going anywhere else from now on for our plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Oz is completely reliable. He turns up on time, and provides a very professional service. I have been a customer for at least ten years. Oz services my boiler each year, and attends to any other plumbing issues I have. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm.

Oz is brilliant. Reliable, friendly and efficient. Have only ever had excellent work from him - from fitting a new boiler to smaller bits of upkeep and everything in between. (Special mention to his miraculously locating the leak in our hot water pipes by realising the tiles under the washing machine were warm!) Highly recommended

Quite simply our go-to plumber. Always reliable, polite and professional. This time Oz quoted for a replacement toilet cistern, but when he saw the problem he said the cistern was fine and fixed the flushing issue by removing limescale from under the rim of the bowl. So we ended-up paying a lot less, thanks to Oz’s honesty. Will always highly recommend - 5*

I needed a plumber I could trust who knew what they were doing, I found TapIntoPlumbers and sent across the jobs I needed doing, sink repair, tap repair, shower unit sorting and toilet cistern parts. I was provided with a quote in advance and proceeded. Oz arrived, reviewed all the jobs I needed and sorted them with the right parts and had everything done the way I wanted and to the standard I expected. They are now my go to for Plumbing jobs. Lisa was excellent to deal with and I am grateful there are honest people that are reliable in the trade. It’s hard to find businesses like this.
