Sandhurst Plumbing

I had a lot of plumbers to choose from of course but went with Sandhurst because they guaranteed to install me a new boiler/HIU the quickest, in one week. Avoid my mistake. Now I'm thinking it's a scam they do. They guaranteed 100% that the boiler will be installed on Monday. I even had to pay half of the fee upfront. Monday comes and they tell me they forgot to order a part?!?!? How extremely unprofessional. I talked to my neighbour that used them before and they said the same thing happened to them. Sandhurt is blaming the supplier instead of taking ownership and solving a problem that keeps happening to them. It's not like it's their first job, is it?!? And for a £4k HIU job you'd really expect better service. So it will take at least another four days they say. And it's too late now to book with different plumbers and start the process from the beginning. I've organized my whole week around this Monday installation since it's a full day job, all my hospital appointments, travel dates, work dates . . And I took the day off. And now I have to take another day off. If you're reading this before calling them spare yourself the pain I'm going through and book with someone more professional. I'll update this on how it ends.

We have had continuous problems with this company - for years now We have to use them because they are the contractor of the managing agents of the building. Each time they touch our hot water system - it breaks again in a few days. All external engineers say, bad bad work. If you complain, they use a bullying approach and tone

I highly recommend Sandhurst Plumbers. I had a split and bad leak from my Hot water cylinder. They was round next morning 8 o’clock ordered a new one and fitted it next day. They knew exactly what they were doing very professional did not stop Till the job was done Left the place very clean. I was so relieved they did this job so quickly 👏👏

Can’t recommend them highly enough. After losing £150 in the Pimlico Plumbers call out scam charge, I was not only still in need of a plumber, but also determined not to be scammed again. Sandhurst responded to my email promptly, asked for a full explanation and some photos/videos. They made an appointment 3 days later and he arrived on time. No money had been taken before this. The plumber was around 1-1.5 hours and finished the job. Everything works brilliantly. Excellent service, good fair prices and the job was successful. Excellent company

I was having the issue with small leak from the toilet which was picked up by the damp surveyor and it indicated the wetness around the toilet area in the bathroom. I had one plumber came who did not bother to check and charged me an hour fee for his 5 mins work. I was nearly giving up the hope finding a good plumber to fix the issue or at least to have a proper check of my toliet. I was then recommended to Sandhurst plumber by another plumber company as they could not accommodate my time. I then contacted Tony who was very Helpful and patiently listened to the issues and my concerns about the leak. He immediately instructed his team to give me a quote and sent his colleagues ( Luke and Jesse). Both of them did fantastic jobs and were done professionally , neat and clean. I could feel that they take their jobs seriously and do the job to perfection. When they were on site I was explained each step clearly and that they were so polite , friendly and knowledgeable knowing what they were doing. They went extra miles and even came back next day to fix the issue that was due to myself not carefully using the toilet . I could not thank them enough as it is very hard to find a responsible and professional plumber nowadays and the experiences I had in the past were just too poorer and traumatised. When I called them I did not expect this high level of work and service. More importantly, it is reasonable price and you pay when the work is done, not beforehand. Strongly recommend Sandhurst and I have already share this to my neighbours and friends living nearby. If I need any work done at home I will certainly use Sandhurst.
