RP Plumbing and Electrical Merchants

We were renovating our bathroom, and our builder recommended Raj and the folks at RP Plumbing. I had already bought a few DIY items from them as we live locally, and was happy to use a local business rather than a national chain. What I wasn't prepared for was just how helpful Raj would be. We had some ideas about styles of fixtures and fittings, and for each item Raj and the other staff worked through catalogues and product lists to find us exactly what we wanted, and then provide various options and prices. When we weren't sure of the exact solution, Raj's knowledge of the available options was invaluable. The showroom was a great place to get ideas and see items in the flesh, and for anything else Raj took the time to go through brochures with us and make really useful suggestions. He didn't ever push any particular brand or price range, and we always felt confident that we were helped to find the products that were right for us. We bought all the fixtures and fittings for the bathroom, and we got great advice, great service and great value for money. There is no way we could have received the same level of service from most of the national chains or DIY stores, and I'm pretty sure we would have paid a lot more at the same time. My bathroom was a disaster and RP plumbing helped me through the whole process! Raj (I think he's the manager?) took a loose brief and was able to translate my ideas into a cohesive plan, he even made me a computerised model so I could visualise what we were building. He then found lots of suitable options to choose from and explained all the pros and cons before ordering them in. The whole process was really efficient. I'm so pleased with the results: I can't imagine it coming out so well without the guys at RP.

Dylan provided outstanding assistance in sourcing the spare part I needed at a reasonable price. Throughout the process, he maintained consistent communication, keeping me updated on the status of my order. When his supplier made an error with the delivery, Dylan was transparent about the situation and took immediate action to rectify it. He arranged for an urgent courier to ensure the part arrived on time. His dedication and proactive approach truly impressed me. I am extremely satisfied with Dylan's service and will certainly return to him for future needs. Highly recommended.

This merchant is the best I know of the in east London. The owner is very welcoming and always willing to ensure people who may not be familiar with DYI understand what they need to, to get the right price and part. Call him anytime and he’ll always have a conversation about equipment and services parts, he’s trustworthy and I believe he’s happy to order or acquire parts that he may not have in stock.

I came here on the advice of my daughter and am so glad I did. He helped me choose the best style and brand of lights for my property. It was great to go through the different options and prices with someone who could explain it to me and wanted to get the best fitting for my property.
