RM11 Plumbing & Heating Hornchurch

Our kitchen sink was blocked, so I called this company. The plumber arrived punctually and used the right tools to clear the blockage quickly. He explained the cause and gave tips to prevent it happening again. The service was efficient, and the area was left clean. The cost was fair and transparent. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and would definitely hire them again if needed.

We had our central heating flushed and the results are excellent. The engineer explained everything, carried out the work carefully, and left the area spotless. The heating system is now working perfectly.

Used RM11 Plumbing several times and each time they have been on schedule they have been polite and have gotten each job done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing expert service

Very helpful! When our water line broke, David came out on a rainy night to ensure we had a temp line working before the night was through. He was able to get the permanent fix complete within a week and was very helpful and thoughtful with the repair.

Reza was very pleasant to speak with. He had availability within an hour of my call. His pricing is very reasonable. He sent me a video of what he was doing and made sure I seen everything working properly before he left. I am definitely using his services again and highly recommend him.
