Ratul Plumbing and Heating Croydon

I am extremely pleased with the service from this company. My technician David and his coworker were extremely professional, kind, and helpful with every phase of the installation of my hot water heater. I highly recommend the company and I look forward to using them in the future for other plumbing needs in my home.

Responded immediately on the day, and brought all the parts with them so could install the new unit straight away. Service was swift and efficient, and offered recommendations of what we may need to do to ensure we don't have future issues with other pipes/water leakage. Warm and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

David and his team were brilliant, they fitted a whole new heating system for my parents in three days. Always on time and worked hard to get the job finished as fast as possible with minimum disruption as requested. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my many questions! Quote was very competitive, would highly recommend.

I spent all weekend trying to install a shower mixer bar but kept getting leaks. Kriss came round quickly, did the job properly in about fifteen minutes for a good price. Would definitely use again.

Plumbing problems are a nightmare. I was having trouble with my toilet and I needed to get it fixed quickly. I found Ben on internet. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and solved a problem in the space that no one has been able to solve for many days. Thank you Ben!
