It’s a tough call to say something that hasn’t already been mentioned in the reviews for R H Heating & Gas, but one thing I can say is that all of these reviews are 100% spot on. We had an old Vaillant TurboMax boiler that had been solid for over 20 years, but suddenly decided to give up on us upon returning from holiday. I called RH Heating knowing that the chances of them being immediately available were slim, and as anticipated, I was correct. But I explained my situation and Raymond was very understanding. Although he couldn’t book an installation in for a couple of weeks, he still came out on a Saturday afternoon to try and get our boiler working, as a temporary workaround. 2 weeks later, and as promised, we now have our new boiler. Safety is their top priority, as I learnt on the day of the installation. You are allowed up to 4 millibars of escaped gas during a gas safety test and although the initial test was well within these guidelines, Raymond wasn’t happy until the test returned a zero result. It’s these work practices that make RH stand above the rest. You cannot go wrong with R H Heating & Gas, Raymond and Bob are pure gold.

Amazing team , Bob and Raymond assisted on an emergency for the lack of hot water , replaced boiler ,and detected gas leaks , wrong equipment, kitchen equipment replacement and sorted a home after a rogue gas certificate done by someone else with no care for he trade or life standards . We are safe and happy thanks to the services provided by this company and will be more than happy to recommending their job to anyone . Frank , Edith and Gabby .

Raymond has done work for us twice recently, first for a hob replacement, and he did such a good job that we got him back to replace 4 of our radiators! He is really hardworking and does a great and thorough job, always leaving things very neat and tidy. I'd highly recommend Raymond and his team!

The whole process working with Ray was great, really smooth from first call, quotation through to booking in my boiler replacement. He quoted for replacing my boiler and a couple of radiator valves I needed doing, and the work was completed really smoothly by Ray and Bob who came round and just got on with it. Ray's communication was great, fully explained everything I needed to know and I felt confident throughout the process I had chosen the right men for the job!

I never leave reviews but I had to share my experience of RH Heating & Gas Services. From the beginning, Raymond went above and beyond to help me. I needed a second hand dual fuel cooker fitted so he arranged for himself and an electrician (who was also great) to attend the job at very short notice, even though this was out of hours. He fixed a dangerous problem I had with the original gas pipes, always explaining the process and reasons for what he was doing. He has even arranged for the old cooker to be collected which has saved me another job. He is friendly, helpful and extremely professional and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends. Don’t hesitate to book him!
