Billy and his team came over to install new plug sockets and isolator switches at our clinic. They worked in the evening, and when I arrived the next morning, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of their work. The new sockets are so seamlessly integrated that you’d never know they were added after the original clinic fit-out - they blend in perfectly with the existing setup. What really stood out was their attention to detail and professionalism. Not only was the electrical work top-notch, but they also left the workspace completely tidy, which made a real difference in a clinical environment where cleanliness matters. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, whether for future work at the clinic or for any electrical needs at home. Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

I called late on Friday afternoon and was able to get a quote and book an appointment for Saturday morning in one call. Mark arrived right on time on Saturday and quickly diagnosed the (many) things needing repair. The electrician then reached out on Sunday to make an appointment for Monday morning. Ryan arrived on time and fixed everything including the water heater, the clogged drain, and running toilet. He ran two quick errands and replaced the faulty pump and toilet fixture all within one day. Both Mark and Ryan were incredibly professional and also took care to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. They were also very friendly and kind throughout both appointments as well as responsive and easily reachable. Ryan especially was amazing- he spent most of the day coming in and out of my flat but barely disturbed me at all and ensured that I was getting the best value for his time. I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the service provided and will definitely be a returning customer if any further plumbing/heating issue arises. Cannot recommend Quantum enough!!

A really great company, I have only had seamless support and great service (both labour and customer service). I needed a plumber as soon as possible on a Friday and John clearly put in a lot of effort to find one. Within 3 hours of the job request, both Clayton and Charlie attended my property and worked on the boiler. They explained, in great detail, the state of the issue and explained the different routes of fixing the issue. They offered a great and reasonably priced service for a new boiler that would be completed only over 2 days with a 10 year warranty. The previous boiler was rather uncommon and old and would cost considerably more to maintain than to simply have a new one installed; saving me a lot of money for the future. Tricia has been great with responding to emails and booking appointments for me. I highly recommend Quantum Electricians and Plumbers.
