Proflo London

We found Joe from Proflo through Checkatrade; we could see all the company’s certifications straight away, and communications were smooth, friendly, and professional. We needed a new trap gully for the drainage of waste kitchen pipes out the back of the house. The quote was thorough, well thought out, and competitive against other quotes. The work was what we asked for, and he managed to overcome some pre-existing issues without additional costs. We also had Joe replace an old rusty faucet with ease, without complication or mess. Very professional, friendly service, recommended.

Joe is an excellent plumber, who does a top notch job everytime he's called upon. Over the last few years he has done numerous plumbing jobs around the house and provided the best level of care you could ask for. Communication is swift and easy and he's always been able to complete the work in a timely, efficient, effective and honest manner.

Joe was absolutely lovely and the whole process was super easy. He gave me a call about 30 mins before arriving and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently and didn't need anything from me - he even brought stuff to wash his hands in his van! Really nice guy and did an excellent job - couldn't ask for any better

Really nice plumber — polite, honest, and very knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly and did a great job. Would definitely use again.

Joe was excellent as a tradesman who was tidy and on time. He did everything I asked in a timely manner by plumbing in a new WC, a new shower and new taps and fittings. I would recommend his plumbing jobs big or small and am happy that I can rely on him when I need a plumber in the future and will be using him again when I need him. The price was good too. Thank you Joe.
