Pristine Plumbing and Heating Ltd

We have been using Pristine Plumbing & Heating for many years and have always found Derek to be incredibly reliable, trustworthy and an amazingly competent plumber. His work is of the highest standards, he always tidies up after, and gives total peace of mind. He has fitted a new boiler for us, moved radiators, resolved leaks, and regularly services our boiler. I cannot recommend Pristine Plumbing & Heating enough!! Absolutely superb - I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!

We recently had our boiler replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service from Derek and his team. The workmanship was excellent, everything was completed to a very high standard with real attention to detail and on time. They arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, and kept the entire process smooth from start to finish. Communication was outstanding throughout; I was kept fully informed at every stage, and all my questions were answered clearly and professionally. The team was courteous, tidy, and clearly experienced, which gave me complete confidence in the job being done properly. Overall, a first-class experience. High-quality work, reliable, great communication, and fantastic value. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing boiler or heating work done.

Second time we needed to use Pristine Plumbing within six weeks (2 unrelated issues) Derek was amazing. Fixed both issues efficiently and promptly, at a good price. We highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Our heating stopped working - Derek was kind enough to make time late in the same day to identify the issue. He ordered the part and came back to successfully replace the broken valve to get the heating working. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. We will be going back to Derek for our future plumbing needs.

Derek does a really good and detailed job. He completely rebuilt my aging heating system and now it's better than ever. I highly recommend.
