Nick and his team are excellent! Very friendly, organised and quick to resolve any water problems we've had. Boiler serviced and repaired, including making sure we were compliant, which wasn't done by previous companies. Struggled with poor water pressure with our filter tap, which we had installed as part of our kitchen refurb. They did it properly and I no longer have to wait 4 mins to fill the kettle - literally life changing! Fixed various other issues promptly and easily. It was also the little things like wearing shoe covers so they didn't make a mess when walking through our house. So refreshing to find a company that actually cares about great service!

I was recommended to Nick by a friend when I needed a knotty water flow issue resolved in a flat. Nick’s advice was clear and straightforward, far far better than any other plumber we had approached. The cost was reasonable and the work completed quickly, simply and - importantly - totally successfully. I have since chosen Nick and his team for a variety of jobs, including refitting a shower room. All jobs have been done to the highest standard. Most recently, I had a boiler problem (they always happen in the coldest weather!) and Nick fitted the job within the same day, resolved it, serviced the boiler as well - all for effectively a ‘call out’ charge.
