I recently had my radiators replaced and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the plumber was professional, punctual, and clearly very skilled. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, everything works perfectly, and the space was left spotless. Communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated the clear explanations and honest advice. It's rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to quality work. Highly recommended!

Unreliable service. Scott initially booked us in and then cancelled at the last minute. He offered an alternative slot the following week, which I agreed to only after being assured it was guaranteed. Unfortunately, he failed to show up again and did not respond to any calls. As a result, we have decided to use a more reliable provider.

Two friendly guys from Prestige Plumbers sent by their Scott Allen came and worked hard changing the boiler and seemed to do a good job. Now I am waiting for the 10 year guarantee details that I was told will be sent to me as I wasn't given the installer's details. I must say that they cleared all the rubbish, leaving the place spotless.

Had a new boiler installed by Prestige Plumbers and I’m really impressed. The engineer was punctual, polite and very professional. The job was done efficiently, the workspace was left spotless, and I felt totally confident with the installation. Would definitely use them again!
