Vern did a brilliant job of changing our toilet and shower screen and re doing the silicone sealant around bath and basin. Clean and tidy worker and so respectful of my home. Excellent all round experience with Nick. Really professional, went out of his way to help and tried to find the best solution for me. Not only is he very good at his job, he is a really nice guy and extremely easy to get on with which is a huge plus for me. Will only use Ponty plumbing from now on.

so far i have a great experience with Ponty, and Nick is my contact point. I like their professional checks, responsive reply, and reasonable suggested fixes. What's app communication mades it very smooth, and quick turnaround. (My check is basically follow up on suveyor report, and for me I am buying a flat in Homorton area- where flat / house is more than 100 years old, so I need them to check on slow drainage issues, leakages, pipeworks, radiators, etc) I am going to ask them for more fixes work when I successfully get the flat. I can update more later. But in general - very good experience, and Nick is very communicative.

I had a first class service from Nick and thoroughly recommend him! My tenants had a blocked sink and water was seeping out of a pipe by the boiler. I found Ponty Plumbing on Google and got through to Nick immediately. He was very friendly and efficient! He suggested we create a Whats App group with myself and my tenant so he could view the problem ahead of his arrival and arrive prepared. The group enabled quick, clear communications. That afternoon, Nick came, resolved the issue and sent me the paperwork with an easy payment link.
