Ben from PFG helped me out with a tricky leak today - he was prompt, efficient, considerate and generally just nice to work with. Definitely recommended.

Really good service from Ben. I had some tricky tap to be replaced: difficult to reach and you need some contortionist skills on top of the plumber ones. No issues for Ben. He offers a, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

I found Ben online as he had good reviews. However following my experience with him it has been very disappointing. I called Ben for a drain issue and he failed to identify the main issues of the drain. He instead did some changes to other pipes which he said was incorrect even though these were not the main issue. He probably made up some fault because the leak is still there even though I was charged £640. He tells me that the tenants were the ones who caused a new leak, but how can they cause a new leak if the original leak wasn't fixed in the first place? It has been a constant back and forth with Ben however I have lost out because he got paid £640 and I'm still left with a drainage problem that I'll have to pay even more money to fix. I would recommend going with a reputable company and not replying on Google reviews. **UPDATE: due to the negative review he has offered me 20% partial refund. I then gave him my bank details. He then made up some excuse saying he wants to pay me back by end of the week.then he asked me remove this negative review. I am leaving it on here so others can see. I will just have to not get a partial refund. The refund is only £129. Its not even worth the amount of stress and waste of time he has given me.

I paid Ben more than 2 weeks ago for a part that was supposed to be fitted last Friday-payment was for 50% of what I was quoted for the whole job. Supposedly it was damaged when being picked up Friday morning and I was due to get a call later that day to rearrange once re-ordered. So far I have had no call, no response to emails and anytime I try to call it goes straight to voicemail. I don’t believe the part was ordered and am now £750 out of pocket with no contact from Ben. Do not take any of the good reviews as fact and definitely do not pay them any money upfront-so far my experience with them has been pretty terrible and not only do I not have the work done I have lost out significantly financially.
