Plumbing Correct

Found “plumbing correct” via checkatrader after realising that my uncle who has learning disability needed to have the toilet cistern equipment changed as it was totally broken and despite living in a care home it had not been repaired. The service provided by Plumbing correct was excellent and very professional. The very kind plumber “Macauley” sorry if I got the name wrong was very responsive, got the parts that were needed and came to the job within 1.30hr as state he would. I was so stressed but he was so helpful that his words reassured me. I just cannot thank him enough for coming out at short notice especially as it was late evening. Thank you thank you thank you. I will definitely be saving your number for future. See old broken blue part and white new part

Very quick, helpful and knowledgeable to deal with a last minute unvented cylinder service and certification. Prices all on website so no nasty surprises....

Macaulay obviously loves working and inspired confidence in his knowledge and abilities as soon as we met him. He did a wonderful job changing our toilet and cleaning the old pipes, even noticing there was some unnecessary piping in our system which he took out. He also gave us advice on the best toilets which was helpful (too many toilets to choose from!). Thanks Macaulay.

Brilliant. Absolute legend. He always delivers when needed. And gives a fair price. Not only that but he has gone above beyond whether that be installments or fixing up some of the pipework under my sink.

Super nice guy, came to inspect our pipes when our dishwasher broke. Was able to come out the next day after calling, and when it turned out it wasn’t a pipe problem he offered to write us an email to use for our insurance to get the dishwasher replaced. Would definitely recommend!
