Plumbing and Heating Services Hackney

Our boiler stopped working, and this plumbing company responded quickly. The engineer arrived within two hours, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. He explained the issue clearly and gave maintenance advice to prevent future problems. The charge was reasonable, with no hidden fees. I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Definitely a reliable service I’d recommend to friends or family.

Had a great experience with Joe, very friendly and personable. Looked at my radiator, explained the issue very clearly, and gave me the option to decide, how I wished to proceed. He also unseized the stopcock and made me aware, this was the way to turn water off to my property, as I had no clue, and investigate and explained the issue with my outside tap.

The engineers did an excellent job upgrading our heating system. They were punctual, tidy, and very professional. Everything was explained clearly and the work was completed on schedule.

Sergio arrived well within the hour and set to work straight away, a very professional man with great customer service. Hassle free and went above and beyond his work. I would recommend him to anyone. He was polite, well spoken and completed the task ahead of him. You'll get no problems from this plumber
