Plumbase Croydon

Great showroom, great service, great people. Got the valve and was in and out. Was only passing by after all the usual stores couldn't help. They even take Amex! Thanks so much Alfie 😃

Superb service from Michael and Alfie from Croydon branch .Urgently required toilet frame. They went the extra mile and ordered it and got it the next day at a very reasonable price. Cheers !!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I went in with zero plumbing knowledge to buy a part for a broken toilet flush. I returned thinking I’d purchased the wrong item, but a member of staff was able to go through with me and help me understand the product and how to fit. Thanks a lot for not making me feel stupid!

Brilliant staff. Went in looking for a washer for a ball valve. Previous plumbing shop had been unable to match the washer I’d brought in, plumbase staff immediately recognised that my one was deformed and provided the correct replacement. Toilet is now working perfectly. Really nice friendly staff too.

Have been using Plumbase Croydon for the past several years now and the guys are fantastic and very knowledgeable at giving any help and advice. Thank you so much! highly recommend and well done to all the staff.
