Platinum Plumbers

Emergency callout for a leaking pipe. Not only did James swiftly fix the issue but he was very informative and stepped us through all he was doing and even provided tips on what to do in the future. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend

I recently hired James from Platinum Emergency Services for a routine boiler check after several neighbours recommended him – and I can see why! As a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and shared helpful advice about maintaining my system. It’s great to find someone so trustworthy and professional. I’ll definitely be sticking with James for all my plumbing needs. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Tremendous experience from James and team. Came for a boiler service and couldn’t recommend more. Did a previous job on a leak and very happy to have used them again. Great service, very friendly professional and reliable, and a competitive price.

James was super helpful in installing a boiler at short notice and also adept at doing smaller jobs including adding new lights and repairing an ancient ailing hob to working order. Good communication throughout - recommended!

Top quality work. We have had James looking after our property for nearly 20 years. Always reliable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend :)
