PHOENIX HEATING PLUMBING & RENEWABLES

Yusuf has been great. We had leaking shower controls and it turned out that the unit had been cobbled together by a previous plumber where the value, cartridge and controls were not from the same manufacturer. Yusuf spent hours researching and contacting different companies to find the right parts to repair the leak. He had to buy and return a number of items. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and charged an entirely reasonable amount for his time. Would highly recommend

I got Yusuf to audit a gas heating system on short notice, great work and quick replies to all my queries 👍

Yusuf has always been prompt to respond, quick to fix a problem and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

As an Air BnB co-host, I contacted Phoenix HPR over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend with a boiler emergency.Yusuf, who represents this company, has arrived in a record time, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to give us different options as how to treat the faulty boiler, keeping in mind both the cost as well as longevity. His “no nonsense” approach is refreshing. You can tell that he cares about his customers beyond just handing out an invoice. In simplest term - he wants to do an honest job. This isn’t always the case in this field so to find a gem like Phoenix is quite rare. We will definitely come back to Yusuf for all our plumbing & heating needs.

I recently had issues with my boiler and used this company for the repair. They took the job very seriously and showed real care in getting everything fixed properly. The service was professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout. I’m very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to others.
