PBD Plumbing

Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable team. From quote to job completion we can’t recommend highly enough. Nick and the team had a difficult situation to rectify a leak. They identified it, mended it and made right the cement work with expert diligence. They kept us informed at all times and the team were professional throughout. Thank you all.

I would highly recommend Nick and his team. I found them to be knowledgeable and professional in their work and attitude. Nick went above and beyond in helping me out with the situation concerned. I will certainly use them again should the need arise. Thank you.

We discovered a wet patch on out ceiling, right above the bathroom where the shower was. We called Nick and he sent someone round that morning to do a temporary repair on the shower to make it useable and then arranged for a proper repair to be carried out. Very happy with the service provided and both engineers that visited were courteous and professional. Will happily recommend and use again. Cheers

Nick was punctual, courteous and even helped find an issue with a leak that’s being going on for a long time. I was informed throughout the job of what he was doing and the costs. Nick is very polite and flexible, I will definitely be using him again.

Plumber attended on Monday 17th October 2022 and broke an item I had purchased from the White Company in my bathroom. Rather than having the decency to let me know he had broken said item, he cleared up the broken glass pieces and snuck them out of the property without saying a word which is unacceptable and just rude. Before he left he attempted to intimidate me by asking that I remove my review, knowing that he had already broken my item. He removed the evidence aside from one piece of glass that he fortunately missed. Whilst the plumbing job was satisfactory, the service is honestly truly unacceptable. No common courtesy, lack of communication and unprofessional. Cancels appointments at the last minute too - minutes beforehand to be exact. There has been no reply from the company about the damage to my property as of yet
