North London Plumbing & Heating Supplies

Helpful shop. I have been in there multiple times and the staff are helpful and welcoming, particularly good for lone female DIYers, as some shops can be inhospitable. This is my go-to!

Great customer service from the staff , Omar Helped me choose tiles and bathroom appliances and I was very pleased with how it turned out .

I cannot praise North London Plumbing & Heating Supplies enough! Omar and Ahmed are amazing individuals who truly go above and beyond for their customers. I traveled all the way from South West London to visit their shop specifically, despite having many plumbing shops in my area. The reason? They are one of the few shops that are genuinely out there to help their customers. I was very worried about a difficult boiler installation and Omar and Ahmed were incredibly transparent about what boiler I needed, outlining both the pros and cons. Their honesty and expertise really put my mind at ease. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The trip to their shop and back was 100% worth it. Their dedication to customer service is evident in every interaction. Reading the other reviews, I found that many people had similar positive experiences, which only reinforced my trust in them. If you are looking for knowledgeable, honest, and helpful professionals for your plumbing and heating needs, I highly recommend North London Plumbing & Heating Supplies. Omar and Ahmed are a fantastic team, and their service is simply unparalleled.

This shop is the best. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They helped me get everything I needed to redo my bathroom last year. It was my first big house project but Omar patiently went through every detail with me and offered expert advice to make sure I had it all covered. Everything was excellent quality and looks expensive, despite keeping to my modest budget. They were super quick to sort any issues throughout the project, communication was excellent, and overall customer service was second to none. Even a year on, when I pop in for something they recognise me and greet me with big smiles. A real north London gem - I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys!

A real pillar of the local community. Friendly, helpful team with great prices, friendly customer service and always happy to help and advise on all things plumbing. They have helped us so much with our renovation from emergency materials to supplying systems and fittings. Thank you!
