Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. A huge thank you to the whole team for an excellent bathroom installation. Project managers Joanna and Barnaby were superb throughout — organised, professional, and always clear with communication, which made the whole process completely stress-free. The plumber Glenn was first class his work was outstanding Marc and Jordan the tilers were equally as good . Their workmanship was to a very high standard, they were punctual, tidy, and took real pride in what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention as well to Richard the electrician, who carried out his work efficiently and professionally, explaining everything clearly and ensuring all was done safely and correctly. The job was completed to an excellent standard, at a very reasonable price, with great communication throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a bathroom refurbishment

Fantastic service from start to finish by Barnaby and team. Great communication, clear and competitive pricing, timely work ( boiler replacement). Nick was excellent, efficiently sorting out issues with the previous plumbing, clearly discussing options, finished the work within the estimated time frame and left the place clean and clutter free. Great service from Barney and the team. Connor was very friendly and fixed the faulty in our boiler. He also explained that the boiler is very old and it would be best to replace it rather than spend a lot of money on repairing it and provided no obligation quote.

We contacted North London Heating and Plumbing when our boiler stopped working on a Saturday morning. Nick was with us by lunchtime and we were really impressed with the professional way in which he dealt with the problem. In the event we needed a new boiler and Nick installed in on the Monday. We have had very mixed service previously - especially from British Gas- and it was excellent to deal with someone who is so courteous and knowledgeable.
