Yassin was absolutely brilliant. He very quickly came out and identified where the leak from my kitchen sink was coming from. He helped me source the correct tap and even went to multiple stores to get the right pipes for us. He replaced the tap and fixed the leak. Very efficient, great communication and lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Yassin was fantastic. Came at short notice to sort out a faulty boiler. Identified the problem quickly and made sure to talk me through everything before purchasing parts and fixing promptly. Friendly and reliable! Went above and beyond.

I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Yasin from MYK Heating Services. He came out at incredibly short notice to check our boiler, carefully going through everything to make sure all the parts were working properly. When he identified a part that needed replacing, he quickly went home to get it and returned straight away to fix the issue and get our boiler back up and running. All of this on a Saturday night over the Christmas period when our boiler had completely stopped working.

Mt Yassin, the gas engineer, did a brilliant job with my ongoing heating problems when nothing was working - not even the hot water! I had several engineers exploring the reason/s for the heating problems, but nobody could find out what was the cause. A friend suggested I try one more time, by contacting somebody nearby. Lo and behold, Yassin diagnosed the problem very rapidly, and went ahead repairing and replacing the troublesome items. I am most grateful for this kind gentleman's excellent work and for making my house nice and warm for me again. I can highly recommend Mr Yassin - he is the best heating engineer I have ever encountered, since I retired and even before then. Thank u so much Yassin - you are most appreciated. Margaret M.
