Mr Central Heating - Dagenham

This was my first time visiting the shop as a potential new customer, and while the products were good, the overall experience was challenging. I visited on a Saturday, which is clearly a busy trading period, yet there was only one employee on duty. I waited over 20 minutes to be served, and I was very close to walking out something I also saw other customers do. Credit to Jack, who handled the situation as professionally as possible, trying to serve customers, phone calls, and the shop alone. However, from a health and safety standpoint, it's concerning to have one person managing a busy store with tools and equipment, especially during peak hours. It also raises security concerns. I did end up spending around £1.5k, but the experience could have easily resulted in a lost customer. Weekend staffing would improve safety, service and ensure new customers have a positive first impression

Great place for all your plumbing and heat bits. Rob, Jack and James always provide a great service and are a great team who always go that extra mile to provide a quality service!
