I had an urgent emergency where the boiler had blown and was leaking a lot of water. Prakash answered my call and was able to come out within 20 minutes, and the repair was done the same day within a few hours! Great service and clear communication make Metro one of the best plumbers I have used.

Prakash was absolutely exceptional. He came to fix my boiler late in the evening and quiet late, knowing I was flying out the next day, and he made sure everything was working so I could travel with peace of mind. His care, patience and personal attention went far beyond what you usually expect. He was honest, clear and never tried to overcharge. It is rare to find someone in this field you can trust so fully, yet with Prakash you feel safe from the moment he arrives. I would recommend him to anyone who needs boiler help. I used Metro Plumbing and Heating for an emergency call out. Prakash was very friendly and empathetic because we have kids in the house. He arrived pronto and assured us that everything would be fine. The issue we had was a direct result of previously paying peanuts and getting monkeys. Prakash sorted our heating and we have not had any issues since. I have commissioned him to the gas and heating for an investment property of mine and will use him as our heating and gas go to for the rest of our properties on a maintenance basis. Had a great experience when we called them to fix our boiler which had been losing pressure every 2-3 days. Prakash was able to fix this at a reasonable price without having to replace the whole thing which was what another engineer had suggested for the problem a few months back. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received! Our shower has been a nightmare for months with fluctuating temperatures and terrible water pressure.
