I contacted MPS Plumbing (Master Plumbing Services) at around 4pm regarding an urgent issue, and they attended first thing the following day. Their response time was excellent. The work was thorough, clearly explained, and professionally reported. The pricing was extremely fair, especially for an emergency call-out. Although the leak turned out to originate from the flat above rather than my own, I had complete confidence in recommending them immediately to carry out the work there as well. This is the second time I’ve used MPS. As a professional landlady managing multiple properties, it’s invaluable to have honest, reliable tradesmen who provide quality workmanship at good value. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I contacted Master Plumbing on Monday this week as the pipe under the kitchen sink was leaking. Liam arrived promptly next day, early morning and fixed it. It was a small job but their quick and reliable attendance made all the difference. I am super happy with their service. I used them before, when my boiler broke down back in November 25 and they installed a new one.

Matthew from Master Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. For a while I had noticed a stain on my kitchen ceiling. Matthew was able to quickly diagnose a leaking toilet and within 24hrs of making the phone call the problem was fixed. He has subsequently come back a couple of times to replace shower taps and re-seal the shower unit which now looks brand new again. Matthew and his fellow worker are pleasant ,respectful of my home and left no mess. I would recommend them to others.
