KRL Plumbing and Heating Ltd

I call KRL to correct a plumbing job to install a soft water system by another company after the whole kitchen was flooded. Rico came right away and was very understanding, professional and helpful. Rico finished the job in no time and tidied up before leaving. The pricing was very good compared to some estimates I had. I would recommend KRL to anyone looking to have any sort of plumbing done. Top class professional, thank you Rico.

Rico and his team came in and redid our boiler, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They worked efficiently and professionally, making sure everything was done properly while keeping the work area tidy. Throughout the job they kept us updated on what they were doing, which we really appreciated. They were very friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood the work being carried out. It’s clear they take pride in their work and want their customers to feel confident in the service they provide. The job was completed to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price. We’re extremely happy with the result and the overall service. A genuine 5-star service throughout. I would definitely recommend Rico and his team and would happily use them again in the future.

I used Rico recently to fit a brand new bathroom at my property. The job he did was excellent so with no hesitation when it became apparent I needed a new boiler in the same property I contacted him. He has completed the work very neatly and kept me informed all the way through. Rico is now my go-to plumber.

Rico and Charlie recently installed a new replacement boiler for us and we couldn’t be happier. They’ve done an amazing job, especially at correcting the old badly done pipe work - it now looks perfect and is immaculate! I would highly recommend KRL Plumbing. They’re very trustworthy, hardworking and reliable. We will certainly be using them again. Thank you!

KRL Plumbing recently completed a full refit and remodel of my en suite, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The attention to detail was outstanding and the quality of the finish is excellent. Rico was fantastic throughout the whole process — his communication was clear and consistent, and he kept me updated at every stage. There were a few supplier delays along the way, but they were really flexible and worked around the issues without any fuss. They were punctual, professional, and clearly take great pride in their work. I’d highly recommend KRL Plumbing to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable team for their bathroom project.
