Kingston Upon Thames Drains24 - Your Local Drainage Experts

Dillon came out when our kitchen and bathroom drains were blocked, but the overall experience was just okay. He did perform a camera inspection and cleared the blockage, though the issue seemed to take longer than expected to resolve. While he explained what might have caused it, the explanation felt somewhat rushed and technical. The drains are working for now, but I’m not fully confident the root problem was completely addressed. The service was polite, but I’m unsure if it was the best value for the cost.

Dillon responded quickly to a weekend emergency when our downstairs drain overflowed. He handled the situation calmly, fixed the blockage, and ensured everything was safe before leaving. Outstanding service and very reassuring.

Oliver cleared a blocked drain that had been causing unpleasant odours around our home. He worked efficiently, explained the cause clearly, and ensured everything was resolved properly. Great service and very professional.

I got in touch with Drains24 company because of blocked drains. They turned up really quickly and sorted everything out to a very high standard. The team were polite, professional and left everything spotless. Everything was done for a very reasonable price, too. I feel so much more at ease now - I’m sure I won’t need to think about the drains again for a long time! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.

Great drainage company, came out within 45 minutes, cleared the drain quickly and charged me a very fair amount, would definitely recommend! Lon was a gentleman.
