Kenon Plumbers Merchants Ltd

I received great advice on how to change a flushing system for my toilets. They talked me through it, and I was able to do it myself. Knowledgeable and super helpful!

They have the bits that the Big Boys don't. & they also come recommended by the local Big Boys.Seriously helped me out when I needed bits at home. Couldn't Big them up enough.

Went in with a problem tap from a box store. 2 mins later fixed and sorted. Shop here drop the box stores. Great help and friendly guys who know what they are talking about!!!

I am no plumber or expert. My tap stopped working. I knew it was the valve, i had no idea about what part to buy. But i had the old broken valve, i took it in and asked if they had one. They looked at it and immediately knew which valve i would need. A good price, got a nice new valve. The tap handle was chipped and i got a new matching set of those too. Much cheaper than buying a full tap replacement. Good prices and good knowledge too. Thankyou. They take debit/credit card too. There is free parking round the back at weekends.

Great shop and service . Thank you Gentleman who served be this morning was very knowledgeable and helped me sort an issue just from his vast customer service experience and years of knowledge how. I will 100% be coming back here to shop again for parts and support this independent business for my plumbing needs before going to the like of screw fix or Wolsey who hire kids that have no diy knowledge whatsoever
