Jones Plumbing Supplies

We always go to Jones' for any plumbing needs as everyone is so helpful there. This time we visited to find a replacement shower but my husband was not confident to do the job himself; Steve recommended one of his staff Ernie to install the new shower for us. He worked quickly and to a high standard. He had to remove several tiles to complete this work but he replaced them and made good the surrounding area - you wouldn't know they had ever been touched. Thank you so much Ernie - very pleased and would definitely recommend you to others.

Popped in when my bathroom plug went down the drain (pun intentional) and Steve was wonderful. Showed me what to do with a new plug, gave me decent instructions and sent me on my way! Saved me a plumber’s visit and a lot of stress. Will 100% be using them when we get a new bathroom sink.

This is my second bathroom supplied by Jones. Again Stephen gave us outstanding advice on all aspects of the refurbishment. He always had time to answer any question we had and his calm friendly approach was brilliant. When it came to ordering & delivery Stephen made sure everything was done to suit us. Whenever we had contact with other members of the team they too had this totally can do approach fantastic service all round. Would recommend Jones Plumbing to everybody, give them a try don't think you will be disappointed. Thanks all.

Stephen was absolutely fantastic at every stage of the process. We made many visits to the shop and he ensured everything was designed and fitted perfectly.

Really pleased with the service and products available at Jones Plumbing. My mum has used Steve for many years so when I was renovating my bathroom we visited his showroom and there was so much on offer. Alex was really helpful and gave me far more help than Google ever could, the items I bought were delivered really quickly and I'm really pleased with the finish. Thank you!
