Inner City Plumbers Ltd

Jason and his colleague Pedro recently completed a full bathroom renovation. I hired Jason a few years ago to replace my immersion heater - and the quality of his work inspired a lot of confidence. This carried through onto the bathroom renovation, where Jason prioritised doing the job properly above all else. He provided a fixed price quote, which he firmly respected. He really went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. The final result of the bathroom is incredible, including the tiling work. They kept my property impressively clean and protected. Very happy customer!

We have used Inner City Plumbers Ltd for the past six years. Jason has been excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He carries out our annual boiler service every year and has completed a wide range of jobs for us during that time, including installing a new boiler, fitting a new gas hob and new gas oven, replacing radiator valves, and most recently installing a new bath/shower mixer. The latest job of installing a new bath/shower mixer was completed much quicker than originally predicted, and the new shower mixer works perfectly — we’re extremely pleased with the result. His work is always carried out to a very high standard. He is thorough, tidy, and takes real care in everything he does. What we particularly appreciate is how willing he is to explain things clearly whenever we’re unsure about any plumbing or gas-related issues. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and professional, and he is always the first person we call for anything related to plumbing or gas. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you for your service. Kind Regards, Janette.

Jason completed 2 bathrooms for me and I could not be happier with the outcome. They both were in very tight spaces with little room to manoeuvre, in a Victorian flat so certainly not the easiest circumstances to navigate. He was extremely patient throughout the whole process with all the challenges faced during the bathroom project. He was professional, tidy, respectful and incredibly easy to work with. When there was a job needing extra support he knew exactly the person to ask and I was very happy with all external contractors work too. I could not recommend Inner City Plumbers enough if you are looking to complete a bathroom project - thank you so much for all you did, I love them!
