Fantastic service from start to finish. Leo came over to our house within the hour that we called him and fixed our boiler immediately. He then fitted a new one as the old one was leaking, and it is fantastic. We are so pleased to have such a great boiler finally, it makes all the difference. Amazing service.

I needed an ancient high level toilet cistern replacing as well as several mixer taps, with the added complication of stopcocks frozen in place and isolation valves fitted by the last so-called professional that didn’t actually function & required freezing & replacing. Not an emergency but Leo offered an appointment just days later. Lazarus turned up on time and worked solidly all day long – polite, friendly and informative throughout. Leo joined him to work on the cistern which practically needed wrestling off the wall – a dirty job which I’d been dreading. Nonetheless they managed to complete the installation of a much sleeker cistern with a minimum of disruption, cleaned everything up and took it with them. No mess for me to clear up at all. When there was one minor issue the next day, Leo returned & fixed it within a couple of hours. Couldn’t be happier - delighted with the products supplied, the professional installation, the easy & friendly communication. They proved themselves to be reliable & efficient professionals, easy to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
