HE Olby & Co Ltd

I feel so lucky that we found Guy, Mike and all the team at Olby to help shepherd us through a big bathroom reno project. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from making the initial choices, to updating us on the deliveries, and providing advice on all the little details. Top to bottom excellent service, and fantastic products too. We're delighted, and can highly recommend them!

Received excellent service from Guy at HE Olby - so refreshing to find someone delivering 'old school' service - suggesting most appropriate products, sharing knowledge of technical aspects, and with an eye for the aesthetics of the finished bathroom design. I definitely feel my money was well spent on the right products.

Bought a bathroom from here 5 years ago - twice I’ve had to get in touch with the team to help with some spare part requests. Both times Guy & Mike have been super helpful, they were happy to answer all of my questions, deal with the supplier and ensure delivery of the spare part through no expense of my own. This is the difference between buying online and buying from a reputable store who care about customer service!

Hi it's Sue ex Robert Lee's. If you remember me. Have a great Christmas

Staff are super helpful. So good to be able to examine fittings before ordering.
