Hart Plumbing & Heating Services

I’m so grateful I was introduced to Christian 5 years ago when I moved into my new home. He gave me great advice on my new boiler, which has been a fantastic choice and very reliable. Christian has been very patient with all my questions over the years, and I’ve had him in for a number of jobs, including fitting new radiators, making changes to pipes during a refurbishment and of course servicing my boiler. He’s always been a pleasure to deal with, it’s lovely to know I can trust him to do this kind of work to a high standard, and I’ve always felt his prices were reasonable, I’ve never felt overcharged or ripped off.

I must just be an unlucky customer! I was charged £239 for an hours work which included cleaning a spark ignition plug on my boiler and cleaning the condenser when I was having trouble with my combi boiler keeping stopping. I was offered a new spark plug but was told it would be another £130 PLUS labour. However, probably not needed and a good clean should be sufficient. One week later and the boiler is back to how it was before - stopping many times during each day. So I'm not a happy customer, but the plumber himself, Christian, was a pleasant guy, even if I do feel I paid £239 for nothing!

Christian of Hart plumbing is an excellent plumber. I have used him for years to service my combo-boiler. He is friendly, talks you through the job and is flexible. He recently completed new pipe work in my kitchen and works quickly and efficiently. I trust his workmanship, always completes his work to a high quality standard.
